The support I provide is as unique as each mama, partner, and family I work with. Some mamas prefer a hands-on approach to help manage contractions, while others don’t want physical touch but thrive on encouraging words. During our prenatal visits, we’ll work together to identify what type of support feels right for you.
For first-time moms, discovering these preferences may require some reflection, and I’m here to guide you through that process. Experienced mamas may have a sense of what worked in previous labors, but since every labor and every baby is different, those preferences can shift.
As much as we plan, labor has its own rhythm, and preferences can change as your body’s natural instincts take over. That’s okay! Doulas are trained to adapt quickly to meet your needs in the moment, supporting you as you transition through each stage of labor.
Two Doula Prenatal Visits Which Include :
- Discussing your ideal birth experience
- Discussing and working through any fears or anxieties (you or your partners)
- Discussing and practicing comfort techniques
- Running through the stages and phases of labor

- Can be conducted in person in clients home or virtually

Every birth is different and all of the above can and will be adjusted based on clients preferences and needs.
After 39 weeks the Doula will come to your home to help with relaxation, pressure points, meditation and exercises that are known to help induce labor naturally. It is not guaranteed the visit will induce labor.

Doula will take photos for client starting at whichever point in labor the client would like as well as photos of the brand new newborn. If selecting the birth photos please be mindful this will limit my hands on abilities with your labor.. Access to all digital files of photos taken.
